Privacy policy

11+ Prep collects the minimum information needed to provide adaptive learning: parent email, parent name, child display name, child username, year group, exam board preference, practice attempts, and progress records.

Children do not need email addresses. Child accounts sit under the parent account and use a PIN chosen by the parent. PINs and passwords are stored as hashes.

We do not use behavioural advertising, sell data, or place third-party analytics on child-facing pages. Parents can delete a child profile from settings.

Operational emails include verification messages and optional progress reports. Weekly reports can be disabled from parent settings.
